Started phase 4 this week and while it’s kicking my butt, I am SO thankful for these workouts that leave me feeling so much better.
I started Michelle’s program at around 22 weeks and had already quickly put on about 20 lbs. Since starting, I have slowed that process down, exponentially (only 9 pounds since then!). This feels like a MASSIVE win when a couple pregnancies have resulted in 50lbs with 10.8lb babies!
I am currently in week 36 with number 10 and the homestretch in sight! These simple to follow, yet effective, workouts have been so manageable for this mom of many.

I had been working out before I found out I was pregnant and was really worried about losing all of the progress I had made. I then found this and I have nothing but good things to say. I have only officially gained 3 lbs in 11 weeks. I am currently 21 weeks pregnant and have no back pain (like I did with all of my other four kids) and I am fit and smaller then I was with all of my earlier pregnancies. I am so happy i chose to start this. I love the diet and the fit mom to be courses. I will also be starting the better body after pregnancy plan as well. It’s worth every penny !
