Best Tasting Protein Shake Ever!
I say shocking because I am not one to use protein powder. I can never find one that I like, and whey protein usually doesn’t agree with me. This protein is delicious!!! I use it in berry smoothies and also in my Greek yogurt as a sweetener. It’s my go to pregnancy craving and I love it!! 💗
MPower - Vanilla
This protein powder is the best one I’ve ever bought! I even use it in my morning oatmeal. It’s a great way to pack in healthy protein and help maintain weight!
During my first trimester, I didn't have a big appetite. So, the fact that I had to mix this with either a smoothie or milk to get my vitamins was hard, because I didn't have a taste for milk or smoothies, which made it a press to get this down. TASTE: the vanilla flavor is pretty good. To me, it has a slight after taste, but not bad. I think if I wasn't pregnant, I would enjoy this protein shake more. But given how pregnancy can make your taste buds change, I couldn't commit to always having a full glass of milk (taste horrible with water) or smoothies, which results in me not getting all my vitamin needs. Things may change once I get into my 2nd trimester. As of now, I don't really drink it. But, I think it's of decent quality for someone to try it out and see if they like it.
